3. Payment and Deposits

All projects require a deposit before scheduling or ordering materials. Remaining balances are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to provide payment may result in project suspension or collection actions in accordance with Illinois contract law.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel their projects within three (3) business days of signing an agreement, in compliance with the Illinois Home Repair and Remodeling Act (815 ILCS 513/). Refund eligibility beyond this period will be determined in accordance with our Refund Policy.
